Palliative General Home Care

Palliative home care services are mainly given to the chronically ill patients who are confined to their beds. Our well trained home care team visits the patients at their home and provides basic health check-up as well as physical, psycho- social and spiritual care to them and their families.

Physiotherapy Home Care

Our team also consists of physiotherapist who mainly focuses on patients suffering from stroke, spinal injuries and other neurological disorders. The aim is to improve their limited physical abilities and bring them back to their normal way of life as much as possible.

Oncology Home Care

Oncology Home Care is a specialty system for cancer patients who have been discharged from the hospital due to severe pain and near-death conditions, and for cancer patients who are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals and other facilities. Oncology home care is a system of visiting patients who are going through these conditions at home to address their pain, pain management and other physical problems, as well as providing them with the support they need considering their psycho-social-economic-spiritual condition.

Psychiatry Home Care

Mentally ill patients are a group of people who are ignored by the general society. It is because of this neglect that many of them are unable to get rid of their illness. Recognizing this fact, Psychiatry Home Care is a system of finding such people, care them with love , and providing them with medication as well as the social support they need to bring them into the mainstream of society. Palliative volunteers and Asha workers identify such patients and they are reported to us , and we provide home visits including doctor consultation, nursing care and psychological counseling to such patients.

Geriatric Home Care

There are a large number of people around us who are suffering from various physical problems due to old age. Many of them not only have physical disabilities but also many mental problems that aggravate their old age. Geriatric home care is a specialised care system that delivers the care they deserve in their homes.

Volunteers Home Care

If a person is bedridden or unable to leave the house due to any illness, he has the right to receive palliative care. Every palliative care worker is responsible for ensuring that this right is granted to those who deserve it. The Kerala model of palliative care is a care method with social participation. Keeping this truth in mind, the patient's neighbours are involved in ensuring that the patient receives the care he or she needs. Volunteers Home Care is a system in which volunteers are given proper palliative training and work as a unit to care for patients in their own area in their spare time.

Surgical Home Care

Many patients suffer from bedsores, diabetic ulcers, necrotic ulcers, and other wounds. Many of them do not know how to properly bandage the wound or get the necessary treatment, so the wound worsens and becomes life-threatening later. Surgical home care is a special system for identifying those who are in such a situation and dressing their wounds with the support of other possible systems.

Pediatric Home Care

There are many children around us who face mental physical challenges and suffer from other chronic diseases. Parents play a very important role in taking care of such children. Pediatric home care is an effort to find such children who are bedridden and unable to walk, provide them with loving care and make their childhood as dignified as other children.
